What should I do about the horrible symptoms I have with lactose intolerance?
Milk, fried foods, soda ,caffeine, spices, anything creamy, and overeating cause me gas, vomiting, and headaches. I know I'm lactose intolerant but even just one bite of any of those foods causes me horrible pain for hours. Do I have something worse?
