I'm 19. I have the Implanon Birth control (had since January 2012). I am sexually active with ONE partner (my boyfriend) for 2 years. I have very irregular periods (now thanks to the implanon but before I had them kind of irregular too)

I have been having symptoms lately inside my vagina and outside (mostly inside)

Here are the symptoms:
-randomly feeling of the need to urinate
-foul odor urine
-foul odor from vagina (no matter how much I wash)
-uncomfortable/pain with CERTAIN sex positions
-feeling of being scratched inside my vagina on the back wall going up inside on the walls
-burning/itching feeling inside vagina (close to bottom or the opening of my vagina)
-NO vaginal discharge
-NO burning during urination
-NO pain while urinating

Here is what I have tried as solutions to this:
-taking Cranberry pills
-drinking Cranberry juice (stopped after it didn't help)
-drinking ONLY water (still do)
-taking Azo Yeast Symptom Reliever pills
-wearing loose clothing
-wearing cotton underwear
-only using hypoallergenic laundry detergent
-only using hypoallergenic body wash
-used Monistat(used before didn't help)
-cutting out yeast foods in my diet
-no perfumes near vaginal area


I recently stopped using condoms because I was so horribly allergic to the spermicide in the condoms (I'm not allergic to latex). The spermicides in condoms make me burn so bad inside my vagina and cause really bad swelling, burning(during sex and after and when urinating IF I've used a condom like that), itching, and pain.

Also, whenever I have sex with my boyfriend it's like my vagina is swollen shut. I have to open myself with my hands for him to even get in me. We use water based lube that is hypoallergenic but it doesn't help as much either but it does help for him to get in. Whenever we have sex its like my vagina is swollen shut and its really hard for him to get in and its like I'm having sex for the first time EVERY TIME we have sex (we've been having sex for 2 years). Its so weird but this never happened to use until around recently and ONLY with him. Me and him never had these symptoms before when we had sex and I never had them before him but now after about a year of us having sex these random symptoms came on. They started happening once me and him stopped having sex as much as we used to. We went from almost everyday to a few times a month and that's when the symptoms started.

I want to mention anything that's relevant.
