    Statute of limitations on costs
    The court dismissed a civil matter and awarded costs.

    Within what period should one file for costs with the courts.

    Should have been dealt with during the judgement.

    Judgement states that the matter has been dismissed with costs; not amounts have been set. Filing for the assessment hasn't been done. Within what time would one need to file for this, i.e. in Ontario.
