    BC statute of limitations
    I was sued when I was younger for an assault. Do I owe that money forever or do they have some time span to collect. I live in BC.

    I think you will owe that money forever, its not a credit card that you can file bankruptcy on, its judge order, its like not paying the IRS you will be in debt until you pay them off

    Hello C:

    In the US a judgment lasts for a certain period up to 10 years, and they can be renewed. But they DO expire. I don't know about you guys is the great northern wilderness.
