    Partial cervical stenosis
I was diagnosed at 18 with endometriosis. I was told if I want kids have them right away because my Dr said I wouldn't make it past 25 without a hysterectomy. I had 3 children. I wanted 4. I had 2 misscarriages in a row. After the second I was diagnosed with CIN III. I then had a cone biopsy. After I experienced severe pains with my cycles due to the scarring left behind. My Dr said it was time for a hysterectomy(I was 25) and I had no chance of getting pregnant and if I did I would most likely loose it. We scheduled the hysterectomy. I chickened out. I ended up misscarrying again about a year later. One year after that I became pregnant again. This time I carried full term and had to have an emergency c-section. So I did not get to get tubes tied. I started the depo shot. My baby is now 16 weeks. My last cycle was when the baby was 6 weeks old. I had no problems during the time. I started spotting this past week. I've had some times of very heavy bleeding, and then several hours with nothing this is when I get the most pain, down on my knees crying and unable to stand or move. The pain is worse then the labor and misscarriage pains I've experienced before. Why is this happening now? Is it because of cervical stenosis? Dr did tell me that is why I couldn't deliver this last baby naturally. I never dilated. I was 80% effaced for a week prior then when labor started I was 0, until 18 houurs later then 100% again. I had hemorrhaged with last misscarriage and was unable to dilate with it, nothing passed until my cervix was cut open for D&C.I then immediately lost approximatly 3 units of blood. After I reminded the Dr he decided on c-section. Im scared I could be hemorraging again. I have no insurance because I lost it while on maternity leave so trying to tough it out.
