    Swelling and pain
    Swollen fingers hand arms painful
    Joints like elbow fingers not warm
    Or red. Male 48 years old. How to get to stop
    What will help. No incident caused it just came on lasting off and on for last two weeks

    Do you work a lot with your hands? Any repetitive movements? If yes it could be Carpel tunnel syndrome.How long have you been suffering? Do you feel numbness in your fingers? I would love to help you because I suffered myself for many years The pain was unbearable and worst at night ,You may want to see a doctor:meantime you can apply some ice packs to reduce the inflammation an take some Aleve.
