    My htc vivid is stuck on the boot screen
    It just won't go anywhere after I turn it on

    Try this.
    Remove the battery.
    Press & hold volume up & down key then press start button.
    This will once again let you in boot mode.
    Then to continue press the volume Up button and the booting process will start once again.
