    Obtaining custody of my nephew
    My sister had a son at 16, and now doesn't want him. I have offered to take him, and she thinks it's a good idea. I am a single 21 year old and have a 1 year old already, how hard will it be for me to be granted custody? I have my own home with an extra bedroom for him and am in school and financially stable enough to care for two kids

    I don't know if you can get custody, but you should be able to get temporary guardianship. The key here is the father. What about him?
