    My boyfriend tested for dirty urine while still on 5 years probation in nc
    My boyfriend is on 5 years probation and violated by dirty urine. Now he has to go in front of the judge; what will happen to him

    It can range from being put back on probation with a stern warning from the judge, to having to serve all 5 years in prison. Most likely somewhere between.
