My craftsman rider does not idle smoothly. It "hunts".
My rider hunts in idle and at higher speeds. My manual shows a idle adjust screw and a fuel mixture adjust screw right by it. The fuel mixture screw does not exist on my model. It doesn't run rough, it just hunts.

    Hi,
"Hunting" is always caused by a fuel condition, and is generally a lean condition caused by build up in a low speed passage, be it a fuel or air passage.
    Peace,
