    Pregnancy worry
    I'm 28 weeks pregnant today and I'm getting lower tummy cramps that are not regular its just constant I'm just wondering do I need to go be seen or do I not worry

    Yes, have it check out! Better to find out that everything is OK, then to ignore it.

    Is it hot where you live? Are you drinking a lot of water or chewing ice?

    First thing I recommend, as a labor and delivery nurse, is to increase your fluid intake, do NOT chew ice, take some tylenol and a warm bath. If that doesn't solve your pains then you should be evaluated.
