Good temporary dye brands?
Hi, I want to dip dye my hair blue, and I'm not too happy about bleaching it if its permanent but I can work around that. I just wanted to know any good brands. I don't want it to be permanent, I would like to keep it in for a few weeks but not like 1st wash gone and not in for months. Any help?
