I was seeing this girl on and off for two years or so we went out for 4 months broke up for a year then got together again for 5 more months... on and off kind of thing. It was a lot of drama and I'm glad it's over now. We both lived close by in MI but her parents never knew we were really together because I traveled a lot for work and it was sort of a hidden relationship. They did know we went out on a few dates when we first met and a break up that wasn't nice. So the parents saw me as a bad seed. The parents thought that was over as we all did. I went on with my life... She calls me a year later and we start up talking and were together again which lasted 5 months only to break up again. It was another bad break up and she changed her # and moved to TN. After some time I missed her and felt bad etc and tried to get back with her. I started writing letters to her parents home even though she was in TN and finally some gifts I sent for her birthday because she was hurt I guess. What came out of this was the police called and me going to court for stalking. She told her parents who never knew of me besides our one date 2 1/2 years ago. So her parents are now getting these letters from some guy she broke up very long ago... to them that's extreme and its understandable. She told the parents and police she moved to TN to get away from me! Before we had our last falling out we were on a date and she told me she was moving to TN to get away from her parents who were drunks. The parents didn't want her to leave as she alleged. So when the parents get a present from me the stalker they see this as a guy who is still chasing their daughter almost 3 years as she made it look. When the parents called the police they called her in TN and asked her what's going on with all this? She stuck with this story that we met almost 3 years ago went out on a date and I was this and I was that acting like I was nobody. Since then I have been stalking her and no remote mention of what all we really were doing. All lies but I'm thinking she's in TN and figures who cares. I have phone records with THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of minutes showing a relationship! We had sex many many times and I have many witnesses seeing us together on many occasions, hundreds of sexually explicit photos and texts from her phone as well as a few articles of clothing... underwear etc. The parents do not see any of this and I think knew the cop who pushed all this forward. This girl flat out lied because we were together way way more than 2 dates and got caught in a lie she allowed to continue. She then sends me a ppo from TN! In a nut shell she acts like we met and I've been stalking her since and she had zero engagement which is a FAT LIE! So now after 2 months of hell, court and police and embarrassment BCrap I'm wondering if I have proof with phone calls, pics and witnesses that she lied as far as our relationship these lies have made me look bad to friends, family, work, loss money on and on. Any suggestions? As of now I just want these crap charges dropped and this to be over but when it's done I may want to sue?

You want it to just "be over"? Then no; You don't want to sue. Chances of prevailing in a lawsuit are slim, it's an expensive hassle; and it sure won't "be over".

Most of this has little to do with the question BUT you can sue for monetary loss. What is your monetary loss?
