    He's not the father but he's paying child support
    He sign the birth certificate, but he's not the father can he takes he's name off the because

    Can we have a few more details?

    Is the person claiming they are the father and on the birth certificate your husband at the time of birth? Is this under court order that he is paying or voluntary ?

    He's on child support n he's on the birth certificate. But he's not the father we were never married can he takes he's name off it

    Depends on where you live and under what circumstances that he signed something that allowed his name on the birth certificate. In some states there is a limited time to contest it and in others so long as the child hasn't turned 18 it can be contested.

    Is the child support court ordered? Was a dna test ever done?
