    Is it possible to lose thigh fat?
    Like I've been trying forever to have my thighs apart. I hate walking and feeling my shorts rise up because my thighs are touching. Wearing a bathing suit is uncomfortable as well. I go to the gym, and I run for hours. I'm not fat , but I just strongly dislike having my tighs touch even a little.

    Do some stretches and squats and when running try to stay on an uphill incline. Building muscle in a certain area will make it easier to loose the fat that's their. You can also buy different underwear that don't ride up.

    There are exercises that target your inner thighs. Just Google those and try them out. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but some people physically can't have a thigh gap. It's all based on genetics. People with narrow hips will never have a thigh gap and people with wide hips will. My cousin is a model and has been modeling for 7 years now. Obviously she's really thin, but she doesn't have a thigh gap at all. It's all because she has narrow hips. Good luck though!
