    Getting my record cleared
Does anybody know if it is 10 years after you are released from prison or 10 years after you are off parole that you can get your record cleared?

Varies from state to state, some places are 7 years, some places do not even allow it.

It will depend on the crime, ( and if there is more than one, you can't get more than one cleared)

So you need to visit an criminal law attorney in the state where the conviction is on record.
