Hi everyone not sure where to start. Im friends with a girl nearly all my life but about 10yrs ago I started having strong feelings for her.. Im very shy around her and am not a shy guy. But a few years ago friends told me she liked me me more then a friend . I told her how I felt about her number off rime problem is there was a lot of alcohol involved . And she just laughed it off and put it dwn to drink. This went on for a while . I have recently moved to a different part of the world many miles from her we keep in touch still and she told me she is coming over to me in few months. But I still can't figure out if she just wants to be friends. She seems very shy about this as well however she has never turned me down just laughed it off. So is she just to nice to turn me down or is there more to it?

She know that you like her and its coming across like she's messing with your head a bit I'm not sure... but if she's willing to travel and she's shy about it to see you that will tell me that she's interested

How old are you both, and what is the distance between you? Tell her you are shy, but like her, then talk about it.

We are both 24 now.. And we are 9,500 air miles apart

I wouldn't expect this to go far, nor should you let it, without more than text, or chats. I doubt if she is even serious.

Have fun and see if the shyness wears off.

Maybe you should just ask her if she likes you as more than a friend

I have done this. But don't think it mean thes same when you're drunk. I tink I just need to man up thanks guys
