    Power of attorney
    If I'm on intensive probation can my mom sign over power of attorney to someone else without my probation officer being able to stop it and/or do anything about it.

    Yes, no one can stop that, POA is just ability to sign for them if they can not sign for some reason. To handle business for them, some POA are limited, some are not.

    But changing POA is easy, you merely send a letter telling the other person they are no longer POA and a copy to any place that has used it, and issue a new one to someone else
