I'm with Joy. We need more information about this. What you wrote makes no sense so far.
If you mean can your mom take away HER POA from you and give it to someone else,
Yes, no one can stop that, POA is just ability to sign for them if they can not sign for some reason. To handle business for them, some POA are limited, some are not.
But changing POA is easy, you merely send a letter telling the other person they are no longer POA and a copy to any place that has used it, and issue a new one to someone else
