Heavy menstrual bleeding and severe pain
For the past several months my menstrual period has been very heavy and painful. Today I have gone through 4 super tampons and would rate my pain on a scale from 1-10 a 8. I don't know what I should do. I don't have health insurance and I'm not sure if this is serious enough to go to the ER. I have been taking over the counter ibprophren and it hasn't helped at all.

I've severe abdomen pain during periods mainly on the first day. Even pain killers have no effects. I experience extreme weakness during that time such that I can't even move properly. What should I do?
