    Disabled with non blood child
Hi, I am disabled and back a while ago I got married to a Philippine girl that has a child of 8 years old. We are so happy together but money is tight for us and I was wondering if I could collect a child supplement for her child. I know that when I first became disabled my 2 kids received a supplemental check every month for about half of what I received until they were 18 or out of school. She will have to be here for about another year before she can be a citizen of the USA. My wife is not working yet and really could use some help but will not apply for welfare or ask for assistance in food stamps or anything like that. Ok thanks for your help and hope to get some answers pretty soon.
