    How can I adopt my daughter's friend?
    My daughter had a friend, that her mother does not want her and her grandmother doesn't want her, and my daughter wants me to adopt her, I live in Florida what is the process I have to do to make this happen

    How do you know her family doesn't want her? If they will agree to your adopting her it should be easy. If not, its unlikely to happen.

    So the first thing is know whether they will agree.

    Where is the father, the father and the mother will need to sign over rights for the adoption.
