    I have previous convictions all due to alcohol,I managed to stay out of trouble for two years then had another run in with police all together I have 33 convictions every one is die to being intoxicated.. I have changed my ways but all those times I had been taking anti depressents with the alcohol now I'm off the medicine I don't get in any trouble,if I get a doctors letter explaining this will the judge understand?

    Are you asking if a Doctor can explain that you weren't intoxicated BUT, in fact, were on antidepressants OR are you asking if a Doctor would explain something else?

    With 33 convictions, alcohol related, I doubt a Judge is going to listen.
