    Constipated toddler
    My 2 and a half year old son is a constipated child. Every time he wants to 'go' he holds it up and it ends up becoming more harder. We have tried every trick - he drinks a bottle of juice, (doesn’t drink much water), eats porridge, eats fruits but I don't know why he gets so constipated. Im at wits end and I don't know what to do? He hates visiting doctor and past 2-3 times he vomited in the clinic all over me, Please help.

    He needs water more than juice.
    Have you tried apple juice?
    Also, my daughter loves those little single serving prunes, they are yummy and they can help with a constipated tummy.
