My fiancé is from Germany currently completing an Engineering degree at the University of Regina. He will be done next April. We were wondering what the best route for us to take in applying for a permanent residence for him. Should we apply through the family class with me as his sponsor, or should we wait till he is finished his degree and apply through the Canadian skilled workers class?
