    Ge washer noise - banging
GE WASHER WLSR3000G1WW BANGS DURING ALL CYCLES

Tub sways back and forth during agitate and spin cycles but operates as it should. Leg and Platform directly below Motor bangs (just barely) against (2) small angle shaped parts fastened to cabinet base center directly below the motor. Very Annoying. Even occurs with only small load water level and no clothes in basket. The tub is not hitting against the side panels of the cabinet. Replaced the (4) WH1X2727 Rubber Shock Dampening Straps but that did not fix problem. I wonder if replacing the (4) WH16X10057 Rod and Spring Assembly Suspension Rods would solve the problem? Thought possibly the springs might have become weak over the years of use allowing the tub to drop too far down. Have used the washer for about 5 years old, bought new. The washer has "always" handled 'small' loads, evenly distributed 2 times a week. Washer is level, does not vibrate or shake. This problem just started. GE Customer Service did not answer back my email inquiry about this problem, I sent to them via their web site link. Thank you for your help and advice. Regards... Fred Sager
