It's risky getting a new pup when you have had parvo in your home.
Parvo can actually live for years in your soil so you will need to bleach just about everything, including your grass.
Unfortunately this also means an untimely death for your lawn, but it's the only way to be sure you have covered everything.

Even fully immunised dogs can contract parvo, the shots just make them more likely to be resistant to the virus. A young puppy is even more at risk.

Have you considered adopting an older puppy or even an adult from a shelter? An older fully vaccinated dog would be a safer option. And you don't have to go through that horrible biting, toilet training, disobedient puppy stage! Give me an adult dog over a puppy any day!

Well we live in Kentucky so right now we don't have a yard from all the heat lol, I also have a 2 yr old daughter that I'm scared to have older dogs around unless they grew up around her cause about 5 yrs ago my newphew incountered a dog that tore his face up. I'm scared this puppy is going to get it the day we get him were making an apt to have him get his shots before he even enters our home our 2 yr old lab mix we are taken to the vet today at 4 to get the test for parvo done on her I'm really hoping she doesn't have it that she's just depressed cause losseing 2 dogs in less then a week Is going to kill me.

I can understand that, what a horrible thing to have happen :(

You could get in contact with a good breeder who is willing to hold onto the puppy for a couple of extra weeks before you bring it home.
The shots take 2 weeks to become effective, so even taking the pup to the vet the day before you bring it into your home won't do any good. It needs that 2 weeks.

Crossing my fingers for you that your older dogs tests come back negative.

It would be even better to have the new pup fully vaccinated before bringing it into your home. (a full set of three vaccines)
Even with all the cleaning, the hot, humid weather we are having now will make the virus especially hard to get rid of.
Even with meticulous cleaning you cannot completely eradicate the virus.
