Illegal Immigrants
How do I prevent family members of an illegal alien here in Delano from using a letter to obtain emergency visitor's visa to USA? Their father who is here illegally along with his wife, son and daughter, is critically ill and I know they are now trying to get a visa to come here. Their father has been in intensive care (have no insurance; all medical bills on the state) on a ventilator for at least 2 weeks, and the family that are not here are not letting him (off the ventilator) for they want this opportunity to get more siblings to come to USA! The reason why I am so against this, is because one of these illegals is the cause of my marriage problems; and I am doing all I can to stop more of these parasites from coming here.

Notify Homeland Security/Homeland Security - National Customer Service Center (NCSC): 1-800-375-5283
Why don't you notify "the State" that these parasites are not entitled to collect medical benefits?
And so I understand this you are reporting these people out of some sense of revenge? How do they effect your marriage? Is one of them the "other woman"?

You are right Kay! One of them is the other woman. Unfortunately, in California, they can get medical care, as "medically indigent adult" and receive care, no matter what their immigration status is.
I have already submitted a report sometime back, but no results; they're still here; and now that they have a letter that a parent is here critically ill, more siblings will be allowed in. I am hoping the US embassy in the Philippines will look at the immigration status of the person's name on the letter, and find out that he is here illegally. I am going to send a letter and email the US embassy to see if that helps.

Has Immigration done anything? You might not know because it's all sort of hush-hush.
I continue to be amazed at the benefits "illegals" receive. I know both sides of the argument - if they don't get health care they pass along whatever disease is involved - but the amount of benefits paid stuns me.

I think they should be dumped about 20 miles from their shore with a leaky rowboat and a set of oars. And a cup to bail the water.

A illegal will always be treated in state hospitals, their legal status as a citizen is not asked for when they are admitted normally. And if it is, it does not matter.
The idea that anyone in America is ever denied medical care was never true, Anyone can walk into a public hospital that accepts state money and be treated. I can walk into our local hospital no ID and say I am George Smith and they will have to see me.
In fact it is so common, our local hospital that serves the homeless issue special ID cards in what ever name they use at the hospital, so they can keep track of their records when they come back.
Next immigration is not going to deport someone who is on life support, Removing someone from life support is a choice the family makes to a point. So what you are saying only people who can afford to pay their medical bills should be keep alive ? Poor people should just be allowed to die ?
Next you don't think that the family of a dying person should be allowed to come and see them, Sounds a little heartless to me...

So you think I am heartless, with the history of 4 family members coming to the states, applying as visitors and had no intention to go back, if the US embassy is aware of this, do you think they will allow issue family members a visa to come to the US? I certainly hope not!

So they were here as visitors, didn't return when the visas expired and are now illegals?

The failure of our government ( US) to enforce its laws, is the issue, not people wanting to be with a dying family member.
