    Ending child support in nh when mother gives up child do to being homless
    The parent Mother with custody who is getting childsupport, has been evicted from her home and has given the child to the father, how does he stop child support ?

    File in court for custody and to modify the child support agreement, payment of support is due till the ordered is modified

    A court order is valid until another court order replaces the previous one. Full stop.
    I agree with Chuck-you have to file in court ASAP!
