    Heart problems
Okay, I have been getting really bad pains near my heart. And like my whole lefts arm and hand goes numb and it feels like needles are poking where my arm bends(opposite side of the elbo) and I get really dizzy sometimes, and feel like I'm going to get sick. But I haven't ever really got sivk. And I'm only 14. But some people said I have the symptoms of heart cancer.

First, heart cancer is really rare, so I would doubt you have that. However, you might want to go see a doctor to get a checkup

Heart cancer? Who tells you this? Doctors? Nurses? Or your teen friends?

Have you talked to your mom about this? It could be nothing more than growing pains or gas bubbles, but only a doctor could tell you for sure.

So go back to your doctor to find out what it really is. Better to find out sooner than later

We can't give you advice on this if you have seen a doctor about it. Please go back to your doctor.
