    Moen tub/shower valve
    The cover plate says moen, the screws are at 5 and 7, single pull knob, moen wizard says they do not have valve. This is for tub/shower

    Hi Demler.

    Exactly what is your issue? What is the problem with the valve? Moen has replacement parts readily available so let's see if we can figure this out, OK?

    I am in the same boat with Mark but am also wondering what a Moen wizard is.

    The valve is leaking severely. More on cold side than hot. Tried to pull valve but stuck and wanted to have replacement valve on hand before going further. I could not determine what valve I have so I sent pics to moen to identify

    Moen wizard is a tool from moen to help I'd what valve is depending on answers given to their questions. Did not help

    I tried the Moen wizard and go same results, "No replacement cartridge Available". Apparently Moen wizard does not work.
    The replacement cartridge, based on your description should be either 1225 or 1200.

    Best to just phone Moen or pull existing cartridge and see.
