    7 month old Boston terrier won't eat or drink water by himself do you know why?
    This is what I do know that his lip notes are swollen and I have to forch feed him through a serenge is there anything
    I can buy for him to make his throats feel better

    Are saying that a VETERINARIAN has told you that his lymph (not lip) nodes are swollen, and the Vet has advised you to feed him through a syringe?

    No, you can't buy anything over the counter.

    Your Vet is the best source of information.

    Is your dog on antibiotics? Why are his lymph nodes swollen?

    Most owners don't even know where the lymph nodes are are you sure it is the lymph nodes that are swollen?
    Or are his lips swollen?
    Could you provide a little more information?
    Have you taken him to a vet?

    Yes I took him to the vet today and he told me that but didn't prescribe him anything. Thanks.
