Is motion and order for default my next step in my divorce process?
    Louisiana

My husband and I have been living separate for over five years and we have two minor children from the marriage. A week ago we met at the notary and both signed the Petition for Divorce, Verification, Marital Settlement Agreement, and Affidavit of Consent. Afterwards I filed all of it at our Clerk of Courts.

So is my next step the motion and order for preliminary default, followed by the Judgement for divorce?

I cannot afford a lawyer which is why I am doing this myself and my husband refuses to pay for the divorce. He doesn't care if we are married or not. Help please. :)
