I have a milky white discharge that has tissuelike particles in it. My vagina has problems getting wet during sex. I was diagnosed with bv a month ago. I took all my meds and my period has come on since then and bled a little longer than usual

By bv I am assuming you mean bacterial vaginosis which is a common enough condition and happens when the natural Ph in your vagina is upset by the wrong kind of bacteria; and not being wet enough for intercourse can be the culprit here because there could have been some vaginal tearing, and then the good bacteria not acting fast enough to destroy the bad bacteria.
