    Vaginal discharge
I have a milky white discharge that has tissuelike particles in it. My vagina has problems getting wet during sex. I was diagnosed with bv a month ago. I took all my meds and my period has come on since then and bled a little longer than usual

By bv I am assuming you mean bacterial vaginosis which is a common enough condition and happens when the natural Ph in your vagina is upset by the wrong kind of bacteria; and not being wet enough for intercourse can be the culprit here because there could have been some vaginal tearing, and then the good bacteria not acting fast enough to destroy the bad bacteria. If you get my meaning. This is all quite common.

Now for your discharge; if it doesn't have a fishy odor or is not coloured green or gray it is a natural occurrence and your vaginal Ph correcting itself. Yes, we women are well protected by our own bodies. We only have to aid it along by not douching, which is very bad and keeping ourselves well lubricated during intercourse.

Use KY jelly which is an excellent lubricant, and they do have some interesting and pleasurable variations available now under their label, or you can use a small amount of baby oil to make sure you will never get any more vaginal tears.
