My pancakes are not fluffy
I am very fond of pancakes. I searched a recipe for pancakes. The ingredients were:
1 Egg
Half cup of Flour
2 TS of Baking Powder
Half cup of milk
Cooking oil (To make pan greasy)
I have added every ingredient properly but could not make pancakes like the way the man cooked in YouTube video. Although pancakes are tasty but not fluffy. I didn't understand what I was doing wrong. Any Suggestions?

I always use self rising flour myself, and twice as much milk as I do flour.

Wonder Girl, The measurement was 2 Table Spoon of Baking powder but I am not sure. And FR Chuck, he said you can use Baking powder + Simple Flour if self raising flour or all purpose flour isn't available.

It should be 2 teaspoons.
Tablespoons includes the letter "B" == TBSP or tbsp.

I make mine with orange juice instead of milk, and I swear they are fluffier.
I don't measure though, I just beat one egg, add the juice, add the flour, add the baking powder. And since I'm making them just for me, my ingredients are about half of yours except for the egg.
