Egt
I had 6 drinks over the course of a Tuesday, stopping at 1030pm. I have been running for a couple of weeks about every couple of days and ran on Tues. as well. On Wednesday I had a lot of water and gatorade and 1 NA beer. I had to test the next day (Thurs.) and drank tons of water took vitamins and ran about a mile. I also sat in the shower and sweated some. I probably had about 2 gallons of liquids starting 5hrs before the test and right up until I had to drop.
What are my chances of passing the egt? Anyone?
