I had 6 drinks over the course of a Tuesday, stopping at 1030pm. I have been running for a couple of weeks about every couple of days and ran on Tues. as well. On Wednesday I had a lot of water and gatorade and 1 NA beer. I had to test the next day (Thurs.) and drank tons of water took vitamins and ran about a mile. I also sat in the shower and sweated some. I probably had about 2 gallons of liquids starting 5hrs before the test and right up until I had to drop.

What are my chances of passing the egt? Anyone?

The 80 hour rule does not get changed much no matter how much gatorate you drink or how good of shape you are in. I do not know your drinking history, your weight or any other factor that will come into play but your chances of passing are not good . Modern Medicine - Drug Testing - Omaha, NE
