    Hi Nikki

    In most cases, you take the handle off and then remove the cap to access the ball and washer/springs underneath. If you have an newer faucet model you may have a cartridge... remove the handle and the cap and then pull the cartridge to access the washers/springs underneath that.

    Be sure to shut off the water before starting your project!
