    Can the mom move to another state when father is not involved?
    Can the mother move to another state when she is married to another man not father of child bio dad has not seen or supported child for almost 6 years , step dad is in army and they have to move to another state ,he also wants to adopt child once they are settled. He supports the child for 3 years now

    Are there any court orders for custody or visitation in place?

    The step dad should have gone for an adoption long ago. Not wait until he was redeployed.

    If there are no court orders in place, then you are free to move. If there are, then you need to get court approval or complete the adoption.

    They have only been married one year but he has supported them for 3 or 4 years ,there is no court orders, bio don't want anything to do with child but his parents keep trying to stir things up do they have rights

    They have only been married two years , and he just joined service , grandparents are trying to stir things , do they have rights ,

    They MAY have rights depending on where you live. But they would have to go to court to establish those rights. So if there are no court orders for custody or visitation, then you are free to move. The grandparents might then file, but for them I doubt if a court would order you to return. What MIGHT happen is the GPs may get the child during the summer for a couple of weeks.
