    Scoliosis
    Im 13 and I have had scoliosis for about... 2 1/2 years and it is at about 60 degree curve ( the last time I checked( last year)) and my mom who is a massage therapist just recently been massaging me once a week also with the help of her massage friend who has massaged me 3 times do far and anyway I was wondering if anyone had a way that could help me with my scoliosis without surgery. Thanks

    Little I am well aware of scolosis and whatever you do, without surgery, is not one percent assured is good for you. Yoga helps, you may want to investigate that possibility, swimming helps.

    You need to check out The Clear Scoliosis Institute. It is a non-profit foundation, aimed at the successful Non-bracing and Non-surgical correction of Scoliosis.
