    Need some more information.

    1. You turn on water and pressure goes to zero. Does the pump come on?
    2. Is 20# of pressure as high as your system goes?
    3. Has the system been working all right but recently developed this problem?

Answer Jlisebesa questions and I have a few of my own. What is the cut in/cut out point on your control box? How old is your house and what material are the water pipes? Copper. Plastic or galvanized? Back to you, Tom
