I was friends with this guy for a year. He couldn't do without me and we became the best of friends. And slowly friends with benefits. Both of us weren't clingy , and had no expectations of each other. He liked me all the more than I did and I sensed it. I would wake him up every morn, order his food, he wanted me to decide as to what he would wear. He would go out on dates and so would I. neither of us would question another, on the other hand we gave each other space, it was all simply perfect. He was happy the way we were going. I had to leave the country for a weekend and when I got back he stopped talking to me. And after a week told me he is going to meet up with his ex. And that was the end of it all. I did ask him once. He said we are good and there is nothing wrong. But its been 3 months now since we spoke to each other. Life has been hell for me because I hate the silent treatment. I miss him but I will manage. It is difficult for me to go on without him. I am lost. But I know time will heal. My only question is. What happened? Where did I go wrong?
Meanwhile I have not contacted him. Behaved politely every time I met him.dint beg, didn't cry, didn't plead. Have no hard feelings for him. I am happy he is back wit his ex and I would never interfere. I have been concentrating more on myself now.
