    Should they fix my car or give me a new one if
    My transmission is acting up and my evap system is causing my car to cut off at any time and its only been 4 months

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Many areas have lemon laws. Is it new or used? Did you by from a dealer or an individual?
