    Morning pain
    Lately when I wake up after 10 minutes of lying in bed checking emails and such my groin area will have an excruciating pain and sometimes it is in the back too. I get up and go to the bathroom and it subsides, but I can still feel it a bit. It's happened the past two mornings.
