    Morning foot pain
I have pain in the side and bottom of my right foot in the morning when I first get out of bed that usually lasts for several minutes until I get up and get moving. I have been told the location of my pain is not typical for Plantar Fasciitis. Any ideas what it may be?

Pain in the bottom of the foot in the morning is very typical of PF. The pain on the side might be referred pain.

Can you tell us more about where it is, when it strikes, how it feels, if anything bring relief?
