    Sexual assault civil matter in canada
    If you have been a accused and found NOT guilty of sexual assault .
    What would be the statue of limitations if the so called "victim" tries to sue you ?

    There is no statute of limitation on sex assault in Canada. The survivor has the right to sue anytime.
