    The tax for the specific nation it was won is would be keep out at the time you win it.
    After it is transferred to your nation you would report it and file your taxes like you do on any income.

    Can I guess ? Someone emailed you and told you that you won, and that you have to send a few thousand dollars to get the money ? If this is the case it is a common scam.
