Money put into my account which turns out wasn't a lottery win
Hi, I recently had a sum of £23k credit my account, on checking my e-mails I saw one from the national lottery saying that my ticket had won, on this note I was so excited I went and enjoyed the money, a few days later I couldn't believe my luck when it happened again! Another £23k and another winning ticket! But then,, a few months later and a few thousand pounds spent the bank contacted me saying they had accidentally put £46k in my account and wanted it back... where do I stand with this as I really thouht it was mine, thanks.. a worried person..

Honestly you are up the creak without a paddle.
You should have informed the bank after the FIRST deposit.
The e-mail is simply a scam, as you should well know. The National Lottery DOESN'T run an e-mail draw, in fact I don't think any legitimate game does.

You have been well and truly scammed, and unless the bank can work out where the money has come from or gone to, you are going to be held liable for it's repayment.

Hi the lottery e-mail was genuine from the National Lottery as I do the lottery online and I had won both times, the only problem was it was only £10 a time and not £23k

I don't know about the National Lottery in the UK, but I do know you will need to come up with 46K.
