    Florida law leasing a home that you do not own for more than three years
    Was told that in the state of Florida you have to own your home for three years before you can lease? Trying to find that law

    I can't find anything like that.

    Are you asking, for example, about a specific condo, patio home, mobile home park?

    I am with Judy on this, sounds like a condo rule, not a law.
